We had planned on bracing at least on of the tops but the braces never made it to the meeting. Instead, we had a long discussion on how to layout the bracing for a 12 Fret OM.

Ziricote rosette in progress
This rosette is made from ziricote cutoffs from the back of the Belize guitar (for Bookbag Santa). The dark wood is the heartwood, and the light part is the sapwood (young wood).
